Heavy Impurity Cleaner

This equipment is a kind of equipment of applying the centrifugal principles to remove the heavy impurities in the pulp, the single one is made by weary polymer with once injection molding or weary stainless steel with the fine production. And its bottom is equipped with pottery and porcelain cone and pottery and porcelain impurity cleaner. And it is used for the removal of the heavy sand, dirt, paint particle and such fine heavy impurities in all kinds of pulp purity system and removal of bigger ink particles in waste paper deink system.

Medium Consistency Cleaner

This equipment is one with big diameter, high throughput, and high efficiently cleaner. It applies the tangent screw inlet and forms fast the stable swirl. The accept will be separated from the upper and the reject will go to the bottom dregs outlet device, and the special balance water design makes the reject be second separated in the second separating room, and the fiber will be collected and recovered from the second separating room. The reject will be discharged from the dregs outlet of the separating room, so that the fiber loss is reduced greatly. It is widely applied into the every pulp purity system to remove the heavy impurities such as sand, dirt and so on.
