Felt Use |

before using
 Check the package.
Check the number, specification, weight of per quarter etc.
Open up the package, check the quality, specification size.
Loading:
Clean the related parts of paper machine.
Look at the front, back and the direction of operation.
Prevent the felt from oil and demagnification of hard thing.
Cannot pull and tear by force.
Be ready for running:
Unfold the felt.
Wet the felt fully.
Strain the felt properly.
Paper machine creaping.
Strain the felt again.
Press the felt in normal.
Washing and soft the felt.
Open up the low-pressure stream and vacuum system.
Adjust the setting state of felt surface.
Pulping:
Be ready for pulping.
Adjust the strain of felt in normal timely, after pulping.
Ensure the consistency of linear pressure of press part, and adjust it timely.
Ensure the vacuum and washing system in normal.
Examine the state of felt and adjust it timely.
Prevent from the pulping and paper into press area or felt.
Maintenance:
Prevent the felt from folding, uneven wearing, washing and breakage.
Prevent from paper and pulp etc into pressure area.
Strengthen the washing of felt, use the high-pressure water, sector water and suction box correctly.
Remain the straight of standard line at any moment.
Strengthen the continent and regular washing of felt, use the chemical scour correctly.
When stop for a long time, clean and relax the felt.
